İBAR MAKİNA has installed and commissioned a CBM 25 R block and paver line in Mali. The line is the pallet stacking robot version of our semi-automatic CBM 25 machine.
On a line without a robot, workers take every pallet of fresh blocks to the curing area one by one with a pallet trolley. On the CBM 25 R the robot does this job: it stacks the pallets and the stack is moved in one go. That is why the robot line runs with 7–8 fewer workers on average than a line of the same capacity without it.
The machine produces 10 blocks of 20 cm per cycle, about 10,000 blocks a day, and its double hopper also allows coloured pavers on the same line. During installation the customer's operators were trained in production and maintenance.
