CBM 25 Concrete Block Machine

The CBM 25 paving stone machine produces 10 pcs of 200x400x200mm concrete blocks or 25 pcs of paving stones per cycle. By changing the mould, it can produce concrete blocks of various types and sizes, curbstones, hollow floor blocks (pot blocks) and coloured paving stones.

CBM 25 R: version with pallet stacking robot

The CBM 25 R is the same machine with a pallet stacking robot. The robot stacks the pallets of fresh blocks leaving the machine, so no workers are needed to carry pallets one by one, and the line runs with 7–8 fewer workers on average than the CBM 25 without the robot. Designed for the production of coloured (double-layer aggregate) paving stones and concrete blocks. It is the highest-capacity model in our range of semi-automatic concrete block and paving stone machines.
