Our story began in 1978 in a small workshop in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul, and continues today with block, paving stone and concrete pipe machines and batching plants working all over the world.

From a workshop to the world

1968 — The first frame in our archive
The oldest photo in our archive: our craftsmen at a block machine.

1978 — It started in a workshop
İBAR MAKİNA began operating in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul as the company of Metin İBAR. Its first products were block machines, concrete mixers and equipment.

1980 — Our workshop
Our workshop with the İBAR sign, and the machines we were building in those years in front of it.

1983 — Concrete pipe machines
Alongside block machines, concrete pipe machines became part of our production.

1989 — Incorporation through partnership
Following a change of trade name, the company became İBAR MAKİNA San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. under the partnership of Metin İBAR and Halit İBAR and kept growing.

1990 — Machines that keep evolving
We kept modernising our machines in line with technological developments.

Today — A manufacturer open to the world
Block and paving stone machines, concrete batching plants, concrete pipe, manhole ring and precast base element machines, together with their moulds and auxiliary equipment, are at work on projects from Türkiye to the Middle East, the Balkans and Africa.
