About Paving Stone Mold
At İBAR MAKINA, we manufacture OPTIMA60 heat-treated paving stone moulds in our own factory using advanced technology. Named after their exceptional surface hardness level (60 HRC), these moulds offer superior durability and precision in concrete paving production.
In addition to paving stone moulds, we also produce curb stone moulds, gutter moulds, and custom-designed moulds tailored to client specifications. While our moulds are optimized for our own block machine models, we also manufacture compatible moulds for all major brands and machine types.
OPTIMA60 Heat-Treated Paving Stone Moulds
At İBAR MAKINA, we specialize in the production of OPTIMA60 heat-treated (oven-hardened) paving stone moulds, engineered for precision, durability, and long service life. Our moulds are produced using high-quality CK45 solid steel, a material chosen for its strength and machining capability.
Advanced Manufacturing Process
Each female (bottom) mould is cut on state-of-the-art CNC oxygen cutting machines and then processed with micron-level precision in advanced CNC machining centers. The fully automated system ensures zero error and excellent alignment. These bottom moulds are then hardened through thermal treatment in industrial furnaces, increasing their hardness from 35 HRC to 60 HRC.
For the male (upper) pressing components, the same CK45 material is precisely machined to fit the bottom moulds. After shaping, they too are heat-treated and prepared for assembly, achieving the required mechanical properties for long-term use.
