We installed and commissioned a semi-automatic BLOCKMASTER 4 block making machine for a customer in Conakry, the capital of Guinea. We ran the first production together with the customer's operators and trained them in operating and maintaining the machine.

At the plant, the concrete mix reaches the machine on a belt conveyor and the fresh blocks go to the curing area on a pallet trolley. The machine makes 4 blocks of 20 cm per cycle; by changing the mould it also produces 15 cm and 10 cm blocks, curbstones and hollow floor blocks.
