BLOCKMASTER 4 Block Making Machine Commissioned in Senegal

We installed and commissioned a semi-automatic BLOCKMASTER 4 block making machine for a customer in Senegal; during commissioning it made both blocks and hourdis.

We installed and commissioned a semi-automatic BLOCKMASTER 4 block making machine for a customer in Senegal. During commissioning, our team produced both hollow concrete blocks and hourdis (hollow floor blocks, five per cycle with the hourdis mould) together with the customer's operators, and trained them in operating and maintaining the machine.

The line consists of a mixer, an inclined belt conveyor feeding the machine, the BLOCKMASTER 4 and pallet trolleys that carry the fresh products to the curing yard. According to our product record, the machine makes 4 blocks of 20 cm per cycle (about 4,000 a day) with the 20 cm mould, or 5 blocks of 15 cm (about 5,000 a day) with the 15 cm mould.
