We installed and commissioned a semi-automatic BLOCKMASTER 4 block making machine for a customer in Kolwezi, in the south of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Our team produced the first blocks together with the customer's operators and trained them in operating and maintaining the machine.
The machine works under a steel roof: a belt conveyor feeds the concrete mix into its hopper, and full pallets leave the mould on a roller conveyor before a pallet trolley carries them away. It makes 4 hollow blocks of 20 cm per cycle, about 4,000 a day.
