What Is a Concrete Block Machine?

A concrete block machine is a production system that compresses a concrete mixture—consisting of sand, gravel, cement, and water—into moulds using vibration and hydraulic pressure. This process allows the production of concrete blocks, interlocking paving stones, and curbstones in different shapes and sizes. Thanks to easy mould replacement, a wide range of products can be manufactured for construction, infrastructure, and landscaping projects.

Types of Concrete Block Machines

Unlike stationary systems, mobile machines lay blocks directly on a flat surface without pallets. Although production speed is lower, installation is extremely fast and requires minimal space.

How Does a Concrete Block Machine Work?

The prepared concrete mixture is transferred to the machine’s hopper, poured into the mould, and shaped through vibration and hydraulic pressing. The finished product is transported to the curing area on pallets. After drying, the blocks are removed and the cycle continues.
