CBM 25 Block Making Machine Installation – Gabon

At this plant in Gabon, block production runs on a single line under a steel shed: concrete from the mixer climbs an inclined belt conveyor into the hopper of the CBM 25 block and paving stone machine, and the full pallets leaving the mould are taken off by the pallet conveyor in front of the machine and moved to the curing area with a pallet trolley. Our team carried out the installation and commissioning on site, and the customer's operators ran the first production together with our engineers.

Different products from one machine

The installation photos show several products made on the same machine: three-cell 20 cm hollow blocks, slimmer blocks laid in double rows and solid blocks. Switching products only takes a mould change. Capacities of the CBM 25 from our product data:

What is the second hopper for?

The CBM 25 is the double-hopper model of our semi-automatic range. Blocks are made with one hopper; the second one lays a fine, coloured face layer on paving stones. The plant is therefore not limited to blocks and can add two-layer coloured paving stones later.
