The CPM 1600 Pro is a new generation hydraulic concrete pipe machine, designed to meet the diverse production needs of modern infrastructure projects. With this advanced system, users can manufacture concrete pipes ranging from 300 mm to 1600 mm in diameter and pipe lengths from a minimum of 1000 mm up to 2500 mm, based on customer requirements.

Thanks to its robust hydraulic press and fully integrated production design, no overhead crane is required during operation. The system is capable of single, double, or even triple pipe production per cycle, depending on the selected pipe diameter and configuration.

In addition to round pipes, the CPM 1600 Pro also enables the production of:

  • Box culverts up to 1500 × 1500 mm

  • Manhole cones and riser rings up to 1200 mm in diameter

This machine offers high flexibility, exceptional strength, and low maintenance, making it ideal for precast concrete producers seeking maximum efficiency with a single production line.
